HOW TO ORDER

BEEF: We sell beef in bulk-quarters, halves, and whole. You will be able to choose the cuts you would like on halves and whole. Quarters are preselected cuts but you can choose T-Bones or Strip Steaks and Filet Mignon (select quarter to see the rest of the cuts). To understand cuts more, click the button below. A approximately 10% deposit is due when ordering. Price is established on hanging weight (the weight of carcass). We will delivery to KC and Des Moines area.

CHICKEN: 100% of order payment is due in checkout. We do have delivery routes to KC and Des Moines area.
